2) Since we always ship by US Priority Mail, this means that you CAN specify a P.O. Box address as your shipping address. However, you MUST put your correct billing address in the billing address box or your credit card charge will likely not get processed and you won't get your videos. Signatures are NOT required by the U.S. post office for Priority Mail, however at my sole discretion, I may choose to require a signature for some deliveries including deliveries to apartments, first time purchases, or large quantity purchases. This is for YOUR protection as much as it is for mine.

3) Returns are accepted for defective merchandise ONLY, since I must return all defective tapes/DVDs to their manufacturer. Not liking or quality complaints do NOT justify a tape or DVD as defective. E-mail me directly for the return address to send any defective product and a replacement of the same title will be sent out by U.S. Priority Mail the same day I receive and verify the defective tape.

4) Effective 06/28/2002, ALL packages are being shipped with a post office delivery confirmation receipt attached. It costs me more money, but we can always check to make sure that your order is delivered and that provides YOU with better purchase security.

5) Since we have delivery confirmation of every package shipped by TwinkTime, if for some reason you choose to contest your credit card charges, be aware that we will vigorously fight a charge back situation. We have no problem providing a copy of your order, including titles and descriptions of the products purchased, as well as official post office records proving delivery, to your bank or credit card company to prove that we have lived up to our end of the sale.

6) When you place a video/DVD order, you will receive to things. The first will be the receipt from our automated secure system, verifying that your credit card has been successfully charged for your purchase. The second will come directly from me. Your second e-mail will include important information such as the day I plan to ship your purchases, the post office tracking number, whether a signature will be required when the package is delivered and when applicable, a new user name and password granting you total access to ALL of TwinkTime (or the advisement that I have extended your existing membership). Please SAVE this e-mail. If you ever lose your user name or password, this e-mail will be the simplest way of regaining your access. If you use SPAM blockers on your e-mail or have provided us with an address at AOL, Earthlink, Yahoo or one of several other providers that block spam, this e-mail may potentially be blocked. That's not my fault. It's your responsibility to make sure that you can actually receive important mail that's sent to you. If you have NOT received this e-mail within 24 hours of your purchase, then it's most likely that your internet provider has blocked this mail since I send it to EVERYONE and normally within a few hours of your purchase. If you do NOT receive this e-mail, you should advise me of this at TwinkTime so I can re-send it to you in a reply.

7) When(if) the time comes when you no longer wish to be a paid member of TwinkTime, simply follow the link to customer service to cancel your membership. Or you can e-mail me directly at: TwinkTime. Once I am notified of your desire to cancel your membership, I will manually cancel all future re-billings to your credit card and e-mail you to verify that the cancellation is effective. I will also let you know when your paid membership will expire. Also when(if) this time comes, please take a moment and let me know what it was about the site that caused this cancellation. It will help me to make the site better for those who remain.
