Here's how it has to work for Canadian shipments:

1) You can't order anything with any kind of bondage or fetish stuff. Last I heard, Canadian customs wasn't allowing any of that into the country.

2) Because we HAVE to ship to Canada by Air Mail, we have no way of verifying delivery to you the way we do with all U.S. shipments.

3) Canadian customs inspects all packages that come from the U.S. so they WILL open the parcel to see what you've ordered.

4) At that point, they may just forward the package on, or they may decide to actually view the video / DVD to determine its contents. That in itself will cause delivery delays.

5) If they choose to view the video / DVD it will be up to them to decide whether to even send it on to you. If they DO send it on, you will be charged an import duty on your purchase. I am required by the U.S. post office to list the value of the merchandise and Canada charges the import duty based on that amount. I only list the actual value, not some lesser figure. What it is, is what it is.

6) If Canadian customs chooses NOT to forward your package, they may opt to destroy it or they may opt to return it to me here in the States.

7) If you do NOT receive the package because of a determination made by your customs people and they DO NOT return it to me, I cannot and will not issue a refund. I'm out the merchandise that I had to purchase as well.

8) I always have proof that the merchandise was actually shipped, based on the receipt from my post office, but if you don't actually get the package, that is entirely beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for that. So you would have to agree not to attempt to charge us back for a shipment that we can prove we sent, but you didn't receive.

9) Because Canadian customs is quirky about what they decide to inspect and/or view, delivery can actually take as much as a full month. However, in all actuality, I have never had a package really take more than 2 weeks to arrive. I have also never had customs actually seize a package and NOT send it to the customer. You just need to be aware that these are all possibilities should the worst case scenario come about.

10) If you understand and agree to these terms, I can ship you anything but a handful of the videos we carry. All of our merchandise contains actors / models who are AT LEAST 18 years of age, though I realize that Canada permits material with 16 year olds. The U.S. does not and the ages of the participants are certified by the producers of the videos with that certification plainly printed on the DVD case or videotape itself as well as in the introduction of the video when played.

11) All of our videos and DVDs come directly from the producer / manufacturer / distributor of each individual video product. We do not dub or make copies of any material. We buy it wholesale and sell it retail, so none of our material is ever in violation of copyright laws.

I realize that's a long and drawn out explanation of a simple question and I apologize for that. I just need to have you be aware of our policies as well as those that can affect your receipt of merchandise from us. If you have any other questions, I'd be happy to address them as briefly as possible.
