Here are the basics about NetPics (NetPics changed 01/26/2006 to TwinkTime).
1) As a member, you must agree to not share your password with friends or associates. When you purchase your membership to NetPics, that allows you license to view or download the material we have on line. It does NOT allow friends to do the same. Members caught sharing their passwords with others will have their membership revoked.
2) We have a 2 GIGABYTE per day download maximum. After that, you are COSTING me more money in bandwidth charges than I make off your subscription. Downloading over the 2 GIGABYTE limit not only costs me money, but helps tie up the servers and detracts from other member's download experience as well. If you feel this is unacceptable, please e-mail me at TwinkTime and I will gladly cancel your membership and refund your membership fee (assuming you haven't already downloaded over the published limit). Everyone is on the honor system here. If I have to buy additional software that turns your access off for 24 hours after you reach that limit, it only means the membership rates have to go up to cover the costs of the software. Please show a little courtesy.
3) We ask that you patronize those video studios that support NetPics and provide you this content. Without them, there would be no NetPics. Companies like RAD Video, Delta Video, Knightboyz, Surfside Studios, Video 10 etc, etc go to great lengths to produce great, high quality videos and DVDs. Please think of them the next time you're looking to expand your personal collection.
4) As per US laws, there are NO videos, DVDs or photos that feature nude people under the age of 18. If all the cute 18, 19 and older boys aren't good enough for you, then you're on the wrong web site. I systematically report web sites that I find featuring child porn. I suggest that you do the same. It for the benefit of ALL of us. And while I sympathize with those of you who might say that 16-18 year old are legal in other countries, all I can suggest is that you patronize web sites in those countries, but do so at your own peril. Possession of 16-18 year olds in porn, whether or not it's legal in the country in which it was produced is STILL considered child porn in the US if you're a resident here.
